  I asked this guy for an appraisal to pour a sidewalk. He came out and gave me one and I told him I would call him if I decided to have the work done. 2 days later I came home and he was in my yard pouring concrete. The workmanship was very sub par. I asked for a grade and it was seemingly eyeballed as I can see it without a level. Due to that water pools on the sidewalk badly. 6 months after the work was done I have 4 giant cracks. There is no reinforcement. I called to have this situation remedied 3 different times. Each time I was told he would call back or come out but he never showed.
