  I've been taking my vehicles to Tuffy in Lynn Haven for years (since they opened about 15 years ago) for oil changes and repairs. The Tuffy crew is always friendly and very helpful! They truly care about their customers and the services they provide. They have always gone above and beyond to help me out.
  When my vehicles have had issues, the problem and the repair process has always been explained so I could easily understand. They answer all my questions without rushing me. They don't try to "up sell", they just diagnose the problem and repair it right the first time. They are good at what they do and I drive away with the confidence that my vehicles were worked on properly.
